In the center of the world-renowned Dallas Arts District is HALL Arts, a mixed-use, multi-phase destination development designed by internationally acclaimed architects HKS, Inc. Phase I was completed in 2015 with the opening of the project’s first office building, KPMG Plaza at HALL Arts; the adjacent half-acre HALL Texas Sculpture Walk; and the seven-level underground HALL Arts Parking. Work on Phase II of the development is now underway and includes HALL Arts Hotel and Residences, an exclusive residential high-rise and a full-service boutique hotel.
