Founded in 1968, HALL Group is a privately held investment firm owned by Craig Hall and family. Primary areas of focus are commercial real estate development, ownership and management; direct financial lending to the real estate industry; the vineyard and winery business and angel investing. The company has owned and operated more than $4 billion in real estate assets with 5 million SF of Class A office space (one million in the Dallas CBD), more than 100,000 multifamily units across the U.S., condominiums, and a number of limited and full-service hotels. In addition to HALL Arts in the Dallas Arts District, development continues at the 162-acre HALL Park in Frisco, Texas where 15 buildings with 2.2 million square feet have been completed. In Napa Valley, HALL owns and operates two wineries – HALL Rutherford and HALL St. Helena, both technologically advanced destination wineries where award-winning wines are produced alongside masterful architecture and one-of-a–kind contemporary art displays.
