DALLAS MORNING NEWS – They are already getting the gold shovels ready and lining up the hard hats.

Developer Hall Financial will finally break ground tomorrow on its Hall Arts Office high-rise in the downtown Dallas Arts District.

The 18-story, half-million-square-foot office tower is going to be built between Ross Avenue and Flora Street across from the Meyerson Symphony Center.

Designed by Dallas architect HKS, the metal and glass office building will be surrounded by art-filled outdoor spaces.

At tomorrow’s ceremony the details of lawfirm Jackson Walker LP’s headquarters lease in the building will be disclosed for the first time.

Between Jackson Walker and accounting firm KMPG, half the space in the new tower is already rented.
