One of downtown Dallas’ new residential towers has topped out construction. The 28-story Hall Arts Residences is being built in the Arts District on Flora Street across from the Meyerson Symphony Center. The $250 million residential tower and adjoining Hall Arts Hotel have been under construction since 2017.
