DESIGNED TO CELEBRATE DALLAS

Thoughtfully planned with multiple uses, HALL Arts celebrates the city’s innovative spirit, world-class architecture and commitment to the arts. Part of Phase I of the project, the Texas Sculpture Walk was designed as a gift to the community with outdoor seating areas and displays of contemporary sculpture and art by some of the finest artists in the state. These Texas works have been carefully positioned on a landscaped walkway that spans Ross Avenue to Flora Street and connects the Dallas Central Business District with the Arts District.

WORK/LIFE BALANCE

The Dallas Arts District offers a number of great places to meet and relax, but for a nice spot close to home, HALL Arts delivers. Enjoy a break from the workday with a stroll through the Texas Sculpture Walk where a number of outdoor seating areas are nestled among seasonal plantings and displays of contemporary art. Additional parks, restaurants, night life, and entertainment venues are just minutes away.

EASY ACCESS

Perfectly positioned in the middle of the Dallas Arts District with a prestigious Ross Avenue address, HALL Arts is easily accessible from multiple directions. From the Woodall Rodgers Access Road, you’re only a couple of turns away from one of five convenient HALL Arts Parking entrance points. Providing quick ingress and egress, the seven level, underground parking structure is served by multiple elevators and offers an abundance of covered and protected parking spaces.

TEXAS SCULPTURE WALK

The HALL Arts development showcases a collection of owned and newly commissioned contemporary sculpture and art from all over the world. The Texas Sculpture Walk, lined with 10 works by some of the state’s finest artists including James Surls (now living in Colorado), Mac Whitney, and the renowned late Jesús Moroles. The Texas art is on display and available to the public in the half-acre strip of land spanning Flora to Ross adjacent to KPMG Plaza. The sculpture walk was designed by the Office of James Burnett. NOTE: Additional works by Texas artists as well as artists from all over the world can be found throughout the HALL Arts development.
