Developer Craig Hall is gearing up for the next phase of his Hall Arts project in downtown Dallas.

After completing the 18-story KMPG Plaza office tower on Ross Avenue, Hall plans to build a combination hotel and high-rise condo building on the vacant tract next door.

Called Hall Arts Residences, the 44-unit luxury residential building is being designed by HKS Inc. and Emily Summers Design Associates.

Hall Group said Thursday that it has hired Lea Anne Laughlin as vice president and director of sales for the condo project.

“I’ve been invested in the future of this neighborhood for 20 years,” Hall said in a prepared statement. “I have great respect for the Arts District’s vision and the utmost confidence in this future development under Lea Anne’s leadership.”

Laughlin has previously worked with Hillwood Development and Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty.
